What if something is broken, damaged, or someone gets hurt?
-Accidents can happen in spite of our efforts to be cautious. Complete Home Assistance is insured, and we carry workers compensation. In the event an accident was to happen, you as the homeowner, would not be held liable. If any of your belongings are damaged due to us, we will take on that responsibility and correct the issue.



Cleaning supplies and equipment?
-We bring everything needed to complete each job; however, we can use yours if you prefer.



What if I am unhappy with the service?
-If for any reason you are unhappy, please communicate with us within 24 hours and we will return to correct any issue.

What if I have to cancel a scheduled appointment?
-We ask that you give us 48 hours' notice for canceling your appointment. Without notice within this time frame you are subject to a charge of up to 50%. Lock out fees for cleaning appointments will be charged 50% of the full rate of service.

How do I pay?
We accept cash, check, or card. If you choose card there will be a 3.5% service fee associated with the total cost.
